Additional Meetings

POs are required to attend additional meetings outside of the normal project sprint rituals.

All VA POs must attend the bi-weekly PO Topics Meeting, held every other Tuesday from 11:00–11:30am ET. This is where all POs on VA projects across the company come together to discuss technical, informational or other types of topics.

There may also be project specific PO sprint meetings to attend. The PM of your project will add you to these.

Occasionally you may also be asked to attend ad hoc meetings with Michael or the VA to discuss overall contract plans, PO assignments, intake requests, etc.
