Required Access

A PO must have the following access to be able to perform their responsibilities:

  • SQA / staging Admin IDP

    • Kibana

    • Sprint boot admin (SBA)

  • Prod Admin IDP

    • Kibana

    • SBA

  • Utility Jenkins

  • Grafana (staging & prod)

  • Temporal

    • Jonathan will submit an ECCB during PO onboarding for access if PO doesn’t have this already.

  • Flexline (staging)

    • Jonathan will submit an ECCB during PO onboarding for access if PO doesn’t have this already.

  • Dynatrace (non-prod & Prod)

    • See this pinned post for instructions on requesting Dynatrace access.

Admin IDP, utility Jenkins and Grafana access should be included in the initial ECCB access ticket per environment that Jonathan submits when the engineer gets VA access. If not, an additional ECCB ticket will need to be submitted with any additional access needed.
