Skaffold Render Registry Check (SL024)

Checks that container images for Staging and Prod do not reference the incorrect Docker registries.

Description

Executes skaffold render for each configured profile (staging-build-test, map-staging-deploy, map-prod-deploy) and inspects the generated Kubernetes manifests to ensure that container images do not reference the wrong registry

Rationale

Avoiding Sandbox images used in Staging and Production manifests.

  • ERROR

    • Staging or Prod manifests should not reference the Sandbox registry

    • Failed to execute skaffold render for profile 'xxxxxx': skaffold render failed with exit code 1
